AWESOME movie...I am not that much of a Johnny Depp fan but he was absolutely brilliant in this...but his wonderful acting is not required to carry the whole movie. It is extremely entertaining, and the special effects are excellent.
I was just wondering if anyone else had a chance to see it? I hardly go to the theater any more (too many kids!!!) so we just bought it when it came out...definately worth it.

Great movie. We just bought the DVD, our first (we're slow techonologically, yah). Now we have to get a DVD player. Any suggestions?

I found it to be a good "family" movie. A movie that suited our whole family.. entertaining.

We watched it and thought Johnny Depp was great, but thought it was too long, and definitely a kid's movie. Maybe we are just too old. Jeffry Rush was really good too.
Great movie. Had the pleasure of watching it in the company of a very hardcore group of dubs. I could hear the whispering comments and feel the disapproving stares of the little dubbies as the movie ran on but I ignored them and continued to watch it.
The most fun I'd had with some dubs in awhile.
Picked up the dvd, didn't see it in the theater.. I thought it was pretty good.
