Have you watched "Pirates of the Carribean" yet?

  I own it teehee... yeah lov that movie im constanly watching it over and over again, and I love johnny depp. and yeah the special effects are wicked.

  I could hear the whispering comments and feel the disapproving stares of the little dubbies as the movie ran on but I ignored them and continued to watch it.

  Wait a minute. What are Jehovah's Witnesses doing seeing "Pirates of the Caribbean"? To quote an old circuit overseer I knew, "Is that a movie Jesus Christ would have watched?" I can remember (back before color) when I was an obedient little JW, and my woman and I saw "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" and we actually walked out of the theater during the human sacrifice scene because that offended our conscience. (Still does as a matter of fact).

  If those "holy" people were so offended by the ghosts and the undead pirates then why didn't they walk out of the theater? Instead of clucking their tongues and suggesting oh-so-delicately that this is a "satanic" movie and a sign of the times, why didn't they get their big butts off of the seats and walk out?

  I hate hypocrites.

  So I better watch John Depp in "Chocolate" ? Yeh ? There is no pirate, no ghost in this incredible film. I love to watch it over and over again. Especially, whenever I watch it, I always recall about my D.O.. HaHaHa.

  Jonny Depp was awesome, I love him. However, the movie was not my style. I did not realize how "kid like" the movie was going to be. I thought Jerry Bruckheimer would have made it more darker, action, etc. However I did not realize it was also a disney movie until I noticed the previews before the movies were all advertisements for Disney movies. I felt weird. I hate disney.

  Well...I was over a relatives house who sits on the fence somewhat because he's a third generation dubber and is taking care not to appear to apostate. Another relative whose been studying for umpteenth bazillion years brought the DVD over, I put in on and began watching it.

  Because of my total and complete ignoring of their murmuring and dirty looks and considerable interest I was showing in watching the movie, I guess they were loath in all their self righteousness to say anything out loud but the looks on their faces during some of the more "inviting satan into your home" scenes were worth more than anything that can be bought with a mastercard

  Very entertaining, IMHO. Johnny Depp was great, well done.

  Ok, not much of a plot, etc. but if a you just want to relax, and laugh like a kid again, Its got my recommendation.
