After all, it's the dubbed American voices that help add to the whole charm of Iron Chef. I hear there's a Septic version with William Shatner as Chairman Kaga - it couldn't be a quarter as good, IMO.

But I know what you mean, Logansrun. Whenever I watch Iron Chef I get caught up in the whole atmosphere of the thing and wish that I could be living in Japan and watching the show without the dubbing and subtitles, understanding it in Japanese and hearing the real voices of those participating.

Well if I had the choice it would be "universal"
because I want to have the choice ...
