  Kiana, I recommend you conduct a comparative analysis of the 4 gospels. What you think you know about Jesus is based on contradictory and factually incorrect information.

  Out of the four gospels I usually only read, and quote, Matthew and John.

  Try reading the four gospels "horizontally".

  Take the birth narrative for example. Mark was the first gospel written. He wanted to tell the story of Jesus the son of god but he doesn't even bother to mention anything unusual about his birth.

  Matthew and Luke tell different stories that cannot be reconciled. Read them one after the other. Where was Mary? When did she go to Bethlehem and why? Where did they go after the birth?

  Now do similar with the death and resurrection stories.
