  This is definately a NEXT! My sister had ended a 3 year relationship. Yes, you grieve and release it as best as you can. I told Maybe's not to look at this as a bad thing. It is a time to try and learn new things and have new experiences. That is the healing.

  Hello Everyone. Thanks for your replies. I was having a really bad day yesterday. I feel so much better today. I know I am over the worst but there are times when I feel really low.

  I know I'll be fine, I never doubted that.
