I once didn't go to a Pixies concert because I was too tired from work, LOL! My buddy quickly bought the ticket and they were awesome. I am still kicking myself to this day.

I love they're earier stuff.

In fact, I just put it on now.

Do you like Frank Black and the Catholics? They're really good now... better than just Frank Black, although I still liked it myself.

I would have loved to see them in concert, never did though.

I didn't get into them until after "Trompe le Monde" was released. By that time Frank's ego had aleardy tore apart the band from what i gathered.

Love thier earlier stuff as well.

I did see him in concert once with his new band under the name 'Frank Black'. Was a good concert, but he was acting like an arrogant prick on stage, and when I ran into him off stage he was just as arrogant.

Still would like to here the new CD of 'Frank and the Catholics' though. I'll have to get it per your recommendation.

Pixies fan here. Me and my buddies at Bethel were all Pixies fans. I remember one night we had some Long Island friends visiting our room and we were listening to that song. I had to walk the guests out of the building and they were saying how they thought it was demonized because "the devil is 6" part! I thought they were retards.

We had a party once and these redneck hicks came in from the B.C. interior... total cowbows with jdud attitudes...

So we played Ministry, "Thieves and Liars", then Abba, then the Revolting Cocks, then more Abba,

They left like so fast.... it was so funny...

There's one part of the chorus where he's screaming "F-you", and my buddy is sitting in a chair while they put they're cowboy boots on behind them. He's screaming "F-you", and giving them the finger as the song says f-you behind them directly pointing at them... too funny.

We were really really bad. I still laugh about those times of youth....

Hey, they're last tour, they had tshirts that said "death to the pixies". Do you think they knew they were splitting up before the tour? I would think probably... then again, who really cares.
