I don't know if they published it or not but clearly remember an elder ( even remember his name ) that gave an instructional talk on this at the kingdom hall . He used the scripture in revelation 16. To them it's all about spiritual warfare till God remembers to give babylon the cup of the wine of the anger of his wrath. They feel they have been proclaiming the judgement on the harlot but the harlot is still there and going pretty strong so at some point the execution of judgement takes place , apparently leaving babylon completely devestated and all the merchants cry over her.

Just try having a book study with one and disagree or be one and not understand they use all kinds of sick little tactics to subvert any sense of being able to discern for yourself , they only care about one thing and that is mind control . The ability to have people believe whatever brooklyn says . This kind of control has been saught after by cults and governments alike for a long time and it seems the WTBTS has mastered it to some extent . It seems if you're in you are afraid of being out but once you are out you begin to see the false logic that is used with the doctrines .
