Racism and Violence in Indiana

    As a kid when I lived in Indiana, racism was VERY strong. So much so, that the elementary school I went too, had just recently had black kids attending. It was very tense for quite a while among the other kids. This was back in the late 70's, early 80's. The further south of the state you went, the worse it got.
