For most of us, it seems like it's a P R O C E S S. That's probably because of all the mind-control that we were experiencing.

I wasn't there to see that drama, Dan. What was in it that made you question?

The details of that drama are starting to fade some Mulan, but I still remember the feeling that I got from it. It was about Korah and company rebelling against Moses, if I remember correctly.
It was the paranoia and authoritarian-ness of it that hit me so hard, I felt a wave a nausea as everybody else stood there clapping after it was over. It was so heavy-handed with its anti-apostate undertones, the title of the drama should have been "Obey Us and Don't Listen to Apostates - OR DIE!!!!!!!!!".
In many respects it was pretty much the same ol' same ol', but turned up to 11, and it got me thinking about just how weird the boys in Brooklyn who come up with that stuff must be and even weirder how rank and file JW's lap it up and talk about what a great drama that was.
I believe they made a video of the drama the following year, which I find hilarious and further evidence of what a bizarre symbiosis there is between the Brooklyn Org and the r&f dubs.
That was in July of 2001 and by December I was out.

lies, lack of love, actually cold blooded hatefulness,. these drove me away, but this board and the book"the battle for God" put the nail in the coffin. When i realized that Russel was just another man, a product of his times, and there were many religions started at the same time with similar teachings, i knew at last that the WTS is just another religion. It is just another religion, not the word of God.

Many Witnesses feel the need to dig in even more. They feel they must justify whatever they have chosen to believe----even if it's indefensible. Sad, really.
