Why is this not on JWdotorg in the news section? They only report perceived persecution of the work and rebuilding etc. Org taking ZERO responsibility, and hiding this major news!

Yes Confusedalot, not a word about this in JW.org in its news section. Perhaps the main "victory" - if that is the right word - of the ARC is a moral and ethical one: JW organization will never again have the nerve to report on incidents of child sexual abuse in the churches of Christendom as it was so fond of doing up until five or so years ago. Remember when "Watching the World" in the Awake magazine feature news reports on abuse in the Catholic church.
Besides, there have already been gains: Jw organization has modified its policies: Child victims are not required to confront the alleged perpetrator, the child is not interviewed by the elders alone but a parent or other support person is present, if separate allegations of sexual abuse emerge against the same individual, elders have been directed to consider this as meeting the conditions of "the two-witness" rule.
Of course, JW organization has NOT gone far enough - but to suggest nothing has changed is incorrect.

"the two-witness rule " wont be overlooked or withheld by the WTS since it forms a great part of the Judaical decisions elders use when reviewing and evaluating someone's sin and of course its in the bible.

Zep- what in the world does that mean, as in why in the world would you want to print out pages of anonymous internet comments as a reference to anything? Why print it out and use it as a “referral” instead of simply “referring” someone directly here? Also, while i agree its more convenient to keep discussions on a single thread for clarity, why would anyone feel so compelled for your sake to use as a “referral” for some undisclosed purpose?
hopefully my question is now more detailed and i have clearly identified my specific questions. Of course its your choice to “answer” them “clearly” or not, but hopefully we are now both on the “same page”.

Print outs give a background of concern by many people on a matter and I requested a single heading I was not compelling anyone. If you have kids and they have been abused you will require information that illustrates others experiences in dealing with, in this case the borg so you can reveal to counsel that your experiences with the two witness rule are not yours alone.
I trust this clarifies my request it was made in good faith.

Deeply Indoctrinated JWS like elders are delusional idiots who have hard time with cognitive reality, so when confronted with peddeofllia they do not know how to deal with the stituation because they don’t understand it.

The recommendations are not on JW.org. However, the reply to one of the recommendations is on the JW morning worship video by Gary Breaux

This will be interesting to watch. The Australian government seem to be recipients of recommendations that they will consider and then ask the WBT$ to comply with, if I read it all correctly.
In any case, it'll be interesting to see how the WBT$ in America divorces itself from the jobos in Australia when the wassaname hits the fan.
Really interesting.
