by a really weird brother telling me he missed me and that Jehovah missed me too! He called me at work and I simply thanked him and just hung up.

min, evidently, he took the initiative to find out where you worked, look up your number and call you. I wonder if it was his idea or someone else "encouraged" him. I give him credit for calling which is what 90% of the congregation won't be doing. I had a few "weird" ones call me too. But I think they had good motives though misguided.
If he calls back, then that is another problem.

Tell him that Jarhover is a "jealous and angry god" and nowhere in the bible does he demonstrate the abiltiy to "miss" anyone! He must have a loose dipstick in his crank!

I never got any calls either JH.. cept for the one I got today from my ex that said the elders want to know if he is free to remarry..
