I wouldn't call them good ones, but Locked, Deleted and Removed come to mind.

" Whoi, arlo there! Itsh Mirey Poppinzsh!"
Undoubtedly the very worst attempt at a cockney accent in the history of the world.
Still, after all these years, having seen the film so often (big favourite with my kids) - it wouldn't be the same without it.
My favourite is still Ed Wynn (Uncle Albert)
While we're on the subject of made-up words, the best "made-up-words" bit of sitcom ever made:
from Black Adder 3, where Edmund and George meet up with Dr Johnson, just having completed his dictionary:
Dr Johnson:Here it is, sir: the very cornerstone of English scholarship. This book, sir, contains every word in our beloved language!George:Hmm.Edmund BlackadderEvery single one, sir?J: Every single word, sir!E: Oh, well, in that case, sir, I hope you will not object ifI also offer the Doctor my most enthusiastic contrafribularities.J: What?E: Contrafribularities, sir. It is a common enough word down our way.J: Damn! (writes in the book)E: Oh, I'm sorry, sir. I'm anus-peptic, phrasmotic, even compunctious to havecaused you such pericombobulation.
brilliant scripts.
