His quick-thinking, eloquence and reasoning were certainly more than any of us could have expected.

I just hope noone thought that I was actually serious when I make these satirical comments.

At least I didn't detect any blatant "Bushisms" in the interview ... things like the "Country of Africa" .... or one of my favorites in a speach where he warned that an "increasing number of imported goods are now coming in from outside the United States."

    Gotta love that logic.

I think stacy is a traditonal conservative of the Goldwater school...she doesn't have much tolerance for Big Gov't..Not that I mean to speak for her, but that's my take.

Plus, I think she's committed now.

Plus, I like her posts...she doesn't get personal in her barbs. She's not an Ann Coulter or Bill O'Reilly conservative.

Plus, she's never done nothing to me...Of course, I don't try to do anything to her...Golden Rule?

Slam George, slam me, it's the same old stuff you silly liberals. Easier to complain than to offer solutions.

Badger is correct. I am old school. I strongly oppose big government and strongly favor gay marriages. I am not a huge Bush fan but the solutions offered are far worse in my book.

Believe what you must about me, it matters not.

He isn't the best speaker in the world for certain. Did you prefer Ronald Reagon or Bill Clinton because of their speaking abilities?

Or maybe we'll just go for Kerry because of his main platform which is.

    I'm not George Bush

Sounds like a great platform to me. Here ya go (((Stacy))) my conservative sister:

Looks like your "man" let you down.

Why don't you come on over to the dark side?

Regardless of your political leanings, the facts are that both George W and his father took office after two extremely popular presidents (Reagon and Clinton). Like them or not, both Reagan and Clinton moved the country ahead in some very positive ways, especially financially. If the law allowed it, both would have been easily reelected to third terms by even greter majorities. And YES, they were GREAT COMMUNICATORS. When they spoke, people listened.

I still believe that whoever "won" the election in 2000 would be a doomed to be a one-time president, Bush or Gore.

Let's face it, Reagan and Clinton were tough acts to follow.

Rob do you agree with everything your favorite candidate has to offer?

Bush has let me down in many areas and I'm fully aware of his stance on gay marriages.

Kerry was an anti war activist and friends with Jane Fonda. Yes he won medals and that's what he wants to talk about these days.

I won't vote for a man that I don't think has the courage to move forward with the war on terror. Attack me for my beliefs all you want that that is my conviction.

Stacy, I haven't attacked you. If you think that I have, I apologize for anything that I have said to cause you to feel that way. I do not have a favorite candidate. I was thinking of writing in Michael Moore's name. What the hell....

Excuse me, but are you're trying to link the reasons for opposing Vietnam with the reasons for opposing the "War" on terror? Are you honestly saying the Vietnam war was a good thing? And are you saying that no one in this country should ever voice disapproval for any war our leaders oblige us to? I certainly hope you don't hold that utterly moronic and, quite frankly, anti-American opinion.
