The church "engaged in a systematic pattern and practice of suppression of information to cover up and hide incidents of child molestation from law enforcement and their membership," the complaint alleges.
The suit seeks undisclosed damages for sexual battery, fraud, conspiracy, emotional distress and negligence.

Ahhhh, those words (bold/underlined) are music to my ears!
Are the plaintiffs' attorneys trying their hand at utilizing the RICO Act/law (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) in these lawsuits, as some of us wondered a year or two ago if they would?
Either way, the WORDING from the lawsuit above just makes me grin ear to ear, though the abuse suffered by the lambs offsets any 'joy', and the spinelessness/pass-the-buck-heart-condition of Brumley and his fellow weasles turns my stomach. Belchhhhhhh.

we are confident that neither Watchtower nor any of the local congregation elders are responsible
Also they are not responsible for sleeping with the Wild Beast.
Also they are not responsible for aquiring stocks in the military. It was the fault of two brothers
Also they are not responsible for polution of their own territory.
Also they are not responsible for any of their failed prophesies.
Also they are not responsible for anything.
They are always innocent, no matter what. -

I hope Counsel also used the "tort of negligent hiring and supervision" seeing we are dealing with an actual "agent" of the organization who must be approved by the organization (not just the congregation) to obtain the position of Ministerial Sevant.
Go get them Kim!!!!!!

Unfortunately, it takes forever for these cases to be heard. Does anyone have updates on the cases that were filed last year?
