I think the peeps at the bar are right about NABS........because the bar owner A WOMAN!!!!!!!told me about her NABS story and how she had no idea what her hubby sent her to the store for, she searched up and down the aisle trying to find the word NABS. As much as Gullible woman are attractive to me I must tell you my knowledge of ciggies is very little..in fact under the right conditions I have been known to put the wrong end in my kisser and try lighting the filter end....booze might have contributed a little as well.

If there was fiberglass in cigs (fibers of glass), it would get into your mouth as extremely tiny shards of glass, no matter how well the filter was designed, and from their they would scratch the back of the throat terribly. After that they would start carving up your alveoli like a million tiny ginsu knives. The folks that build fiberglass boats have to wear good filtration masks because of this.

DUMB QUESTION # 1: Do menthol cigs really have fiberglass in them? If so can you prove it be some kind of study done? I have to think this is one of those urban legend type things that spead thru out as the truth. But I dunno....... I have been wrong before as the above experience testifies.

I smoke Camel filters whcih use cotton filters...other cigaretts use something called cellulose acetate for their filters.
