Doesn't sound like you have too much to lose, so go for it. Chances are they will label you as apostate (even though you are only studying) and they will avoid you and treat you like a lost cause. The good news is you will be able to tell your g/f that they could not prove you wrong and simply swept it under the rug and are now ignoring you. Let us know what happens!

i'm not in it to make some organization happy, i'm in it for the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth w/ facts and not interpretations and BS....

you dont seem to know how things operate in the organization. your plan will not accomplish what you want it to. maybe i am missing part of your story. pity i cant spend enough time here to get to know everyone. good luck tho
