Cigars are very very bad. They cause throat and mouth cancer. What are the chances, you say?

My brothers father-in-law got throat cancer. They nearly had to remove his tongue, and his jaw. Ever see ET? There are poor people out there like that.

The doctor said it was caused by cigars and drinking straight drinks. At least that was a contributing factor.

He had some experimental surgery and now he still has a tongue, but needs to eat milkshakes just about every day.

Cigars are nice, but man oh man, they are very very bad for you. I just love them, but since that happened, it's over for me, thank you very muchy.

I think a cigar a few times a year won't hurt.

Smoker here. I did a good job quitting a few months ago, but went back to it when I was working on moving out of my parents house. I blame the WTS for me starting to smoke. It calms your nerves when you start, but after a while it wears off and you're left with the addiction.

I'll be working on quitting again soon.

the Surgeon General in 1964 stated that noninhaling pipe smokers actually outlived the general population. As far as I have been able to tell, there has never been any contradiction to that statement by the Surgeon General, which is something that the antismoking lobby would not like to be known.

Hubby NEVER smoked in his life...He was diagnosed with lung cancer in Sept. 02 He died in Feb 03. His lung cancer spread to his liver..that was it!..

You can get lung cancer if you smoke or not....

His son smoked..but never around his father..so no second hand smoke ...

They said it was environmental..well..what else COULD they say..
