Why don't you give him the Watchtower dates and page numbers and challenge him to look them up at the hall? If you can trust that he will admit what he's found....
When I was leaving JWs, I got out the CD ROM and put 1975 into it. Hey presto!

I don't know that these articles "prove CONCLUSIVELY that the Watchtower Society deliberately promoted 1975 as the date of ARMAGEDDON." Many could differ with the conclusion, especially those JWs that have read those quotes. But for the record, I know many JWs that believed the Society was saying the end was coming in 75......(not me, though).

I'm new to this forum. A few months ago, I purchased a CD called "Dictionary of Watchtower Documents" from an anti-cult religious organization called McGregor Ministries:

It has .pdf scans of the actual documents which when printed look just like a copy of the original WT publication. I includes a variety of topics including 1975. I used the printouts to talk to my family while I went home for vacation. However, nothing impressed them more that seeing pictures of pastor Russell's grave site, which I printed off other websites I found like:
