I try not to feel guilty about anything. Guilt is a destructive emotion that was a way of life for me from the time I was a small boy to the the point in time when I decided enough is enough. Really.

Amen to what you said! Guilt is caused in us by the perception of others, that has been instilled in us as to what we are supposed to feel guily about. Many times those perceptions are wrong.......especially if your raised a poor bastard dub by those with a warped perception

I should only feel guilty about being on JWD instead of out in the beatiful weather. I'm sure tommorrow TX will be up to 100 degrees, lol. We only get one day of spring per year you know.

Oh boy is this ever timed well........something bad happened to me last week that I just feel sick to my stomach about and I've spent the last 2 days alternating between crying, fear, feeling guilty as hell and deeply depressed. I've always had an overwhelming sense of feeling guilty my whole life. If I did one little thing wrong, I'd punish myself a hundred fold for it. I felt so bad last night that I actually got the bible out and started reading..............
