Well, they are disciples of 'jehovah'.
Even if it is the product of delusion, the god 'jehovah' has been described in jwism, so a person may study the god and learn to be a disciple (the discipline) of 'jehovah'.
The god changes when the group clothes it in 'new light', but there's a body.
