Thanks. To scrutinize the WT beliefs through their publications only, I suppose, anything else would open a person up to the charge of apostacy. Bit of a catch 22 really.

I thought given how slow it has been around this section of the forum I'd try to revive this thread. I felt it vital for all doubting or leaving JWs to understand the misuse of verses like this.
