The verdict: guilty on all counts..............it wasn't quite unanimous, I had one person out of 9 who stood up for me.............it was a kangaroo court if I ever saw one and took all my willpower not to burst out laughing at the "roles" everyone played on cue. Everyone was on their spot in perfect formation.

Last night, all I wanted to do was laugh at the antics of this group of people who sided with an arrogant, power hungry woman. Today, I am just soooo sad. My ego is screaming "FEAR FEAR FEAR" at me. I have no savings. I lay in bed last night grieving my loss and the unfairness of it all. I love living here, and now, chances are I will have to leave cuz I can't pay the rent. I am also tired, tired of having to fight so hard for everything.

Dear Terri: I am sorry to hear this. Can you qualify for any unemployment? Do you have any sick time or vacation benefits? Severance pay? Can this be appealed? And if so and you are allowed to stay, go job hunting immediately! Could they not have told you to seek employment elsewhere and given you 30 days to do so? This is a very heavy handed way to terminate a five year employee! You are more employable if you still have a job. Keep us posted! Maverick
