Do you have a favorite piece of music?

Dim, I agree Brian Wilson is a genius and Pet Sounds is a fantastic album. But I'm not sure if it's the greatest piece of music ever written. I'd recommend listening to Vivaldi's Four Season's -- Winter in particular. Besides that J.S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and his Ciaccona for violin and four voices is likewise brilliant.

Come to think of it, maybe I just have a preference for violin compositions.

I wish Brian Wilson and John Lennon could have got together and made some music -- can you even imagine how great it'd be? Lennon's 'Imagine' might be my favorite pop song.

Doc, I figured you would prefer "All About the Pentiums".

Cole Porter's "Under My Skin" is my favorite and Neneh Cherry's adaptation of it for "Red Hot and Blue" is my favorite version. This morning I listened to the Pixies "Where is my Mind" and that would be a close second for now.

LOL... That Weird Al song I mentioned is good, but it's definitely not my favorite song. I was just being stupid.

And yes, I do have his Poodle Hat album. Hehehe

I have many "favorites" but at the moment it is "Imagine", by John Lennon.

'Scotland the Brave' and 'Amazing Grace' in bagpipes of course.

    And those too!

I found a song off Kenny Chesney's new CD that touched me very deeply (you may think it is funny), but it is called "Some people change". It gave me hope that even the most narrow minded people can change with God's help. The very core of what we would all like to see, it tells us "against all odds, against the grain, love finds a way, some people change." How nice to think that even the most strict JW's still have hope to change
