My boobs are absolutely perfect but hanging a little low.
Then they ain't absolutely perfect then, are they little missy? That's like me sayin my testies are perfectly level, but the left one hangs a bit lower than the right.
Actually.....I just wanted to be a smartass before I went to bed. Actually, I'm sure you have a nice set of twins.......unless LittleToe was lyin.

This is a subject I feel qualified to respond to...(like THAT ever stopped me before!)
I was in a bad accident as a child. I have had 36 surgical procedures since then. They can do some amazing things today! I have had over one thousand sutures, staples, etc, bone graphs, implants, braces twice, and major bridge work. Spent about $25,000 on the teeth alone. Simon has seen the trac-scar.
If you are planing touch-up procedures, have a plan. Talk to the Surgeon about the long term. They can do things in steps. Don't go in and patch up your face or other body parts every five years and end up looking like Micheal, freak-show, Jackson! Do your homework on the Doctor who will be cutting you. I work for many of the Doctors in my area and have gotten some real eye opening information. Be realistic in your expectations. Follow what the doctor tells you to the letter. I wish you the best! I don't think they use plastic anymore. The last time I had cosmetic touchup they injected Velveta. Gottal love living close to the Tillamook plant.

Sal, I forgot to tell you that there is a fantastic Cosmetician here in Oregon. She does wonders with butt tucks and inverted nipples. The only problem she has is here clients complain about smelling likecheese all the time and tend to sag in the hot weather.

Gumby, you crack me up. I am sure you threw LT for a loop as well, we've never met so I am sure he was surprised when you threw him into this melee.
I don't think I want to get implants, just a lift and then sandblasting around the face, maybe that would work!!!!
If I had the money floating around, I would totally get a boob job and those invisalign braces. I want bigger boobs and straighter teeth.

Saline (not silicone, not safe) implants can result in fine lookin' boobs, however, you'll lose some sensation. As far as lipo, tucks, lifts, peels, etc- they all work fine, from what I've seen, as long as they're performed by an experienced practitioner. If you've got the money for it, go for it if you like. Just make sure you go to one of the best. You'll pay more, but this is not an area you want to get cheap with. I've seen lots of botched jobs.
From people I've known who've done it, it makes them feel better about themselves and may help them socially as well.
But it's still what's inside that counts the most.
