    Sally,

judging by the photos you have posted--you really do not need anything! Not even a touch up.

Save it for your 60th birthday. Some women ( and men) do need a touch up at age 40; you , however, are not one of them.

    just my observation, Frank

Sally you are perfect the way you are. I hope I look like you when I get to be your age.

I feel that plastic surgery is cool. If I could have some done, I would have my thighs done.

I dated a jerk who wanted me to get a boob job. I almost fell over since although I am not gigantic, I am not small either. Even though I had three kids I didn't nurse (I know.. I am bad) so my breasts considering my age are ok with me.

I have begun to get little tiny wrinkles around my eyes.. the ones friends my age had ten years ago.. I would love those to go away.. maybe just botox would be enough though

if I also had the $$$$$$$$$$$$, I would have a little nip and tuck done......

Wish I could make it to "Extreme Makeover""...

I donnot need boobs though..well, maybe a little lift...A brow lift, a chin implant,a little lipo (sp) done, (ok alot of lipo done)my teeth whitened and a little work....If its free, I would go for the gustoooo

I would not have my eyes repaired, as I enjoy wearing my funky trendy glasses once in a while that we paid a arm and a leg for....( hubby would not be happy, if I had perfect eye vision after I had to have these glasses..lol).....speaking of eyes though......

Have any of you seen them new eye contact lences?? They come in leapard skin, ice blue, and zebra color prints....I'm not to sure what I think of them yet.....

Sassy, botox just prevents new wrinkles, thats why I want to get something else done. I am thinking one of the posters is right, I just need some dermabrasion or a peel. That should do it for the little crow's feet I see.

    Ladies....

I had occasion to meetUrsula Andress ( remember Dr. No, James Bond, back in '65?) She must be in her early 60s. Some wringles, yes, a mature woman ( you could not confuse her with Britney Spears). Ursula was incredibly attractive. Her figure ( clothed; I might add) was great; not perfect, which leads me to think that she was not "costmetically altered". And she sparkled.... eyes; smile; aura....

Point is; let us not confuse our youth oriented sub culture to influence physical attraction. It is so much more than "flawless physical beauty".

    one guys point of view.....

    By all means, absolutely,

    STAY AWAY FROM BOTOX!!!!!!

There is nothing worse, IMO, than the folks who are, like: "I'm smiling now, really" because their face is stuck in a weird emotionless paralysis!!!!!!

Stay away from da' Botox, pleeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know.... Dr phils wife looks like she has had botox done. It makes me laugh when people write in and ask how she keeps herself so good looking....

    Duh she paid for it!

Be careful with peels you can wind up with larger pores and orange peel skin if you go too deep.

I recommend a series of light TCA peels or the the Obagi Blue Peel rather than AHA peels because studies have shown that AHA causes premature aging. Also, you should always do a test spot before using a new acid on your face. I worked in the cosmetic medical field for several years.
