So some dead dub willed the building to the "not for profit" WTBTS. They get a free piece of property that they just sit on. If it belonged to the local congregation then I'll bet it wasn't insured.

An apology is due to Jehovah's Witnesses for a news report yesterday claiming they were the owners of a building that collapsed in Cincinnati. The error was due to an inaccurate police report. See "CMHA owned vacant building."
