*claps my hands* Yay!! Wish I could have seen the look on your face. Don't mess with that lady!
I will do the same if I ever see one of those mags in a public place.

neverthere....lol at your great story
i was just thinking about some of the things people have done to the mags like writing cult on them, and throwing the out and such and it made me think of how many times I'VE 'sluffed' cheap and easy mag stats by doing the same thing as the bro in the story. Mags at the library, at not-at-homes, all over the damn place indeed like they 'magically' could bring people to da troof - sheesh!
its hard to imagine why so many mags are needed to bring da troof to people rather than a few books or even just one - da bible. I suspect that the bi-monthly wt and a! will become monthly in the future if $$$ get real tight.
too bad paper doesn't make good fill for the holes in my yard or i'd have it made!

I used to find the magazines all the time in the laundry mat and on the subway train I take. I ALWAYS grab them up and chuck em. Thats one less story for the yearbook about how some poor lost soul saw an article in an Awake somewhere and sought more information.
Good for you....
Wow! I really liked Concerned Mama's idea! Writing that website address and comment directly on the cover. So cool.
But I think I can even go it one better.
Why not stick a pre-printed label that has that same message on it right across the cover. I'll even make some for anyone who wants them. No charge. Just PM me.
Of course, you would have to have a small supply of them with you when you happened to come across these mags. So maybe the idea isn't so great.
