My ending up in the hospital was the BEST thing that could have happened.......
The WORST would have been that whoever drugged me, got me into the parking lot, and then raped and killed me..........
The cops couldn't believe how lucky I was.........

Dear Maya, I am so sorry that happened to you but thank you for posting it! Many people go to clubs, order a drink and then head off to the dance floor. These days you just cannot do that! While you are dancing with someone, a perv can come along and spike that drink.
Just a few years ago I lived in a 'security building'.........gives a false sense of security. One of the neighbor decided to come into my house when I was in my room and had left the front door open, only the screen door shut. I got home from work and was changing my clothes. I heard the screen door open and shut and quickly put my clothes on, ran out to the living room and there was my neighbor. I had been wary of this man, I would not even go to the pool alone when he was around.
He was tiptoeing around the living/dining area. I asked him what he was doing in my apartment!!!!! He said he was not there! LOL. He spoke no English. I was so upset I yelled at him in Spanish that he was a liar. He put his hands on my shoulders and I flipped....I kneed him in the groin and slapped his face. Then he ran down the stairs and I kicked his butt as he ran. Then I called the cops and the owner of the building. He and his non Spanish speaking American wife (who admitted to me that 'other things' had happened before and pleaded with me to not tell the cops what happened) were evicted immediately.
We really are never safe.

Before I married Thunder the ONE time, I went out in our lil town I was abuducted. My cousin was getting married and we were having a "bachlorette party" or trying to LOL We had gone to the town square (the hub of all activity in this townA friend from Grammar school was talking to me so I was leaning on the door of her/his car. The next thing I knew someone had thrown me in a pickup and we were already off the square.
The window in the truck had been broke from the inside out and he informed me that was from the last girl that said no to him. I was terrified. I was sitting in the middle and BEGGED the other guy who seemed shocked about what was happening. So I ended up sitting by the door and I tried to be as abnoxious as I could. I ended up begging, talking about my daughter and bitching in the worst voice I could muster. He ended up speeding back to town (yes he had driven us into the woods of Mark Twain National forestHe did not do what he had intended with me.
He drove into Wal-Mart parking lot slowed down (did not even stop) he or the other one opened the door by me and pushed me out. I HIT ON MY FEET if you can believe it and I kept running to Pizza Hut where I called my cousins who had NOT even told the cops what happend. I was in such shock I didn't even tell anyone it was years later I told Thunder what happend.
It can happend in an instant....
My Stepdad was having surgery and my mom was leaving the hospital late to go shower real quickly then go back. Two men grabed her one took one arm and the other took the other, they started to rip her blouse off, then I guess he adrinaline kicked in because she managed to get away, but it wasnt until they hit and scratched her up real bad. She was very lucky herself. She might not be alive today

So sorry ladies to hear all the terrible ordeals you have suffered...for a man it is pretty much inconceivable to think of being date raped or abducted for sex...we jokingly say sure we'd love it..but inreality probably not..
I fear everyday for my girl..she's not even 4 yet and I hear of girls her age being abducted and molested, even killed. Truthfully it's one of the reasons I decided to start taking martial arts, I hope to get her involved in it barring JW intervention.
In spite of this, I refuse to wear high heels unless I can wearing a garter and stocking to match.
