The NGO first came to light via the newspaper (sorry, I don't have the link). I'm unsure about Rand Cam.

bttt means Back To The Top. It means another poster thinks your thread is valuable, and wants many others to see it.

Here is my thread for Newbies, which explains bttt, UN/NGO, Rand Cam, and many other things.

When people exposed this scandal, was it over the interenet, read in a newsletter.....anyone know how this first came to light, NGO and Rand CAM

WT's (NGO) membership to the United Nation's department of public information (DPI) was first reported in October 2001 by the british newspaper The Guardian. Check out the facts at: http://www.randytv.com/secret/unitednations.htm WT's ownership of Rand Cam, Rand Energy Group and REGI stocks was unveiled -I believe- in this board some 2 or 3 years ago. It may have been discovered by entering WATCHTOWER as the word search in the 10K Wizard database (http://www.tenkwizard.com/). It was in Sept 2002 when a review article was first posted in the internet: http://www.geocities.com/wtgreed/article.htm Don't be afraid to keep on asking for the facts, Cheers, Gerry

I have another question, I have been looking for information into the fact the WBTS has stated for years that part of the remnant will still be alive in the time of the end but I think they have changed there view on this.

I'm sure someone a lot more knowledgeable than me will answer this in more detail, but I know that the generation thing has changed, and they are no longer saying this.

The Watchtower was mentioned at least three times in each annual report filed by RGUS from at least 1996 until 2002. In the 2003 annual report they are completely omitted.

Here are sections of the 2002 report and the 2003 report compared:

    (2002):

"ITEM 11. SECURITY OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN BENEFICIAL OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT

The following table sets forth, as of July 31, 2002, our outstanding Class A Common Stock owned of record or beneficially by each person who owned of record, or was known by us to own beneficially, more than 5% of our Common Stock, and the name and shareholdings of each Executive Officer and Director and all Executive Officers and Directors as a group. A person is deemed to be the beneficial owner of securities that can be acquired by such person within 60 days from the date of this report upon the exercise of warrants or options. Each beneficial owner's percentage ownership is determined by assuming that options that are held by such person and which are exercisable within 60 days from the date are exercised.

    (2002):

"Rand Cam Engine Corp. is a privately held company whose stock is reportedly owned 50% by The Watchtower Society, a religious organization, 34% by James McCann and the balance by several other shareholders. Mr. McCann has indicated that he donated the shares held by The Watchtower Society to that organization but has retained a voting proxy for those shares. Accordingly, in Notes (3) and (4) above, beneficial ownership of the 5,073,200 shares registered in the name of Rand Energy Group Inc. has been attributed to The Watchtower Society and Mr. McCann. We believe it would be misleading and not provide clear disclosure to list as beneficial owners in the table the other entities and persons discussed in this paragraph, although a strict reading of Rule 13d-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 might require each such entity and person to be listed in the beneficial ownership table."

The highlighting and emphasis in the above text is my own.

We can plainly see that it cannot be claimed that the WTS was mentioned accidentally or that the statements concerning WTS ownership of more than five million shares of stock were in error.

From the ownership figures given above, one might guess that Mr. Robertson took back the majority of the shares and divied the remaining shares up between the other officers of the company.

Sidenote: It is interesting that the company increased the number of outstanding shares by 6,500,000 (57%) between 2002 and 2003 - that's like printing your own money. At today's prices, that's an extra $1,300,000.
