And to do that you need a lable? Metrosexual...hmmm? Sounds kinda "gay" to me.
We use lables for the purpose of understanding something, but to give a thing or person a lable can be very limiting; to that which is labled or the one doing the labling.
So you're treating your mind and body well. Good for you. Keep it up. I'm doing some of the same.

It's all good... I agree labels can be very limiting... but sometimes also useful when trying to find people with similar interests.
