I wore a full face helmet. I probably would have left my face on the road if I didnt! thanks for the advice on the helmet, I didnt really think of that.

The first thing i thought after i realized i was ok was "my girlfriend is gonna be so pissed" she already worries a lot when i ride. but she handled it very well. She just said to stay off the bad roads till i get better.

My wife also used to worry about me riding ... especially since I hate wearing a helmet. You'll get thru it.
