In downtown Dallas there is a sign outside the building I work in that says "Autowash". It's made with brown letters on a brown brick wall. I have no idea what it is there for or what it means. It just says: Autowash.
Needing a name for a band

Personally, I have always liked CFR. No, not Credence Fogerty Revival... "Closed For Repairs" but apparently there are a number of bands using that already though none of them appear to be any good cause the parking lots are always empty.

ah, now I remember what the other one was. Elsewhere's post reminded me of a small shopping center next to a freeway in Las Vegas. At one end was a strip club and at the other end was a laundrymat (laundermat?, laundromat?) whatever... Anyways, the two signs were next to each other in the middle of the building so that from the freeway it read:
Topless Laundrymat (laundermat?, laundromat?) .... whatever.

Oooh, Corvin. That's almost as good as "Squirrel Nut Zippers." (A favorite of mine)

a name has been chosen for the band. unfortunately, none of your names have been chosen, even my fave name that i came up with, 'psy-ops', wasn't good enough for the other guys. well our name has been chosen(not by me) and is.... 'sound spectrum'. how bloody dull and dreary is that? reminds me of the days when i was playing 'target renegade' on the specy +3.

Actually, I think it sounds perfect, given the type of band that it is! Best wishes.

i would have prefered something a bit more unusual, but still, i shan't argue about it.
