I've been getting a lot of stuff that seems targeted at X-JWs and LDS. I don't think I have that one, but I'm not sure. I don't have time to read them.

We've known Jack Carlton for many years. Stayed in their home in Palm Beach before they were lured to Walkill. Though sometimes naieve, he's not a thief, or a liar. This writer seems certifiable at best. A litle shock therapy might be prescribed.

The email contains many parallels to stories of other discoverors of (claimed) technologies and medicines that would greatly affect the profitability of large corporations and institutions.

She may be basing a hoax on these stories.

She may not.

There are some very powerful herbs out there, but I doubt that any of them, on their own, are magic bullets. Some come pretty close in combination with other therapies and herbs though and there are very good financial reasons why the medical profession wouldn't want Joe Bloggs picking up on them and treating himself.
