I wonder what was the important papers that they needed??
It's gotta be everybody's field service report. I mean, come on.......is there anything on earth more vital that that??

I'am a homeboy to that next of the woods. As a matter of fact my elder dad had given numerous Public Talks in that hall back in the 1960's.I have a water tight alibi for my where-abouts past 24 hours.
Keep us posted.
Willy think,
Thanks for the update on what State Middelboro is in. I am from Canada and was not sure where it was.
I just had happen to be flicking through the tv channels when I came across breaking news on Fox news.I actually thought it had something to do with Ronald Regans funneral, but when I saw flames coming out of the roof of a building, I quickly figured out it was something else. Also, on that channel, they never called it a church.I was surprised about that.
Anyone from that neck of the woods and have a update on this story? I tried to find anything on the internet about it today but, came across nothing.
I still find it very hard to believe that the fire men let that elder in just to get important papers.
If the building was brick,( thats what it looked like to me) they must of been inside the building......
Maybe it was their kingdumb melodies on LP's, that they had to get out of the fire....
Here is the full story,

MIDDLEBORO, Mass. -- Three teens face arson charges Thursday in connection with the fire that destroyed the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Middleboro.
Officials said the fire broke out about 8 p.m. Wednesday night, and took about an hour to bring under control -- but not before it burned down the 44-year-old building on Wareham Street.
Witnesses told police they saw three young men leaving the scene of the fire, and the three were arrested a short time later.
No injuries were reported.
The three teens are to appear in Wareham Juvenile Court on arson charges.
Police said they have no evidence the fire was a hate crime.

Pinned Blouse,
Thanks for the story coverge.....one question though,
the witnesses that saw the the 3 kids running from the fire, where they Jws or real people that saw the kids running? This witness thing has me confused...
Mortons,
I am sure they were bystanders and not "real" witnesses.
PB
thanks for the update PD.....
After a lifetime of WT images of other churches inflames and collapsing, am I the only one secretly pleased and relieved to see the image of a Kingdumb Hell in flames??? The shoe is on the other foot!
(Of course, I am pleased that no one was hurt, despite the dumbass elder entering to retrieve supposedly important papers).

I'm planning to celebrate when I get home from work. Maybe I'll buy some good Scotch...
