This is where the original article is from NOT newsmax.
Bisous is using the "Poison Well" tactic, attack the messenger and not the merit of the information itself. Nice try...
From the website:
"'When my sons tell me: "I hope to become a martyr one day," I say: "I hope so too. I hope God chooses you as a martyr.'"
Oh, dare to dream.
"'Although a mother doesn't need to tell the son of a martyr to do it,' she says, 'she may guide him towards it, but really, it's innate. He automatically has a feeling that he must follow his father.' ...
Now that's a mother to be remembered, however doesn't sound like the family name will last too long.

Which "Messenger" have I attacked? I responded to the information presented (Heinz foundation partially funded a women's news network that reported on Hizbollah) and the resulting conclusion Avi reached (John Kerry's wife supports terrorism), and presented my opinions on it. I in no way insulted or attacked Avi, but did question his conclusion ...ultimately disagreeing with it. I also addressed the merit of the information based on the purveyor (newsmax.com) and the slant they provided ... also my opinion. It is called discussion, debating ... not attack. Which is what this board is here for and also, I can only assume, the reason Avishai posted the thread. Or perhaps we should all just nod agreeably with what anyone says, whether we agree or not, so we aren't accused of being attackers?
bisous,
I think you'd find this article interesting.
