It was my first number one talk, I must have been about 8 or 9. So I step up to the platform and the School Overseer looks at me and ask me what the title of my talk was going to be. I freaked out, ran to the bathroom and didn't come out till about fifhteen minutes. Needless to say I didn't give the talk and the first words my fathered whispered in my ears when i returned to my seat was "No more skateboard".
You see i had just received a skateboard, it was the seventies when skateboards were first popular. After all the humilation I lost my brand new skateboard priveliges too!
Anyone see why I'm a stupid drug addict now!?

Ok, since you shared... I'll share a similare (abridged) experience...
Two cans of Dr. Pepper... One mine... the other belongs to someone who "dips". You do the math.

"Dipping" is using Skoal. You know... they carry around a cup all day long spitting into it. Over the course of the day that cup gets filled up with a nasty concoction of spit, tobacco juice and tobacco grains.
I took a sip of the guy's Dr. Pepper "spit can" instead of my can of Dr. Pepper.
