I got a pm from Xenawarrior wishing me all the best for the day, made my day it did as no one else said anything. Sent her a note back saying awwwww thats so awfully sweet of you to remember, a big thankyou and summer warmth hugs.

My Father's dead :-(

Mine too. I miss him this time of year the most, as he died on June 23, 1983. It makes Fathers day bittersweet for me. I got a shirt. A kickass guyaberra. I get to see my 2 year old run around and make a big mess, the lil' rascal. She's awsome, and I know her grandpa would've really loved her.

I got a t-shirt. and a souvenir golf ball from Mammoth Cave. It's the first time I've ever seen a black golf ball. Oh, and I got a Father's Day hummer before we went out for dinner.

I got a new office chair to sit in front of the computer, the old one was killing me. My son got me this, so children, even 35 plus children can be a blessing.
