I don't mean for this to be a depressing thread . My dad threatened may times so we didn't believe him the last time.

Not to be depressing, but he had you! Enjoy life for that, and as a depressed person before who put that burden on my kids, I am so sorry.

I am so sorry about the Dad's who aren't here, and especially for you who lost them so young.

My Dad is almost 91, blind, and very hard of hearing, very forgetful, but still such a sweetheart. I had dinner with he and Mom at the home tonight. It was guest night, and I was alone since Dave wasn't home from fishing yet. It was nice...............BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, potato salad, watermelon chunks, cole slaw, and apple pie ala mode. Yummy.

I bought Dad a new talking clock. His old one finally gave out. He pushes a button on it, and it tells him what time it is. He was so happy.

Dozen Stratas, Tiger Woods hat, tickets to see Mariner's Game, two golf shirts. My two son's took me to breakfast.

A hug!

Woke up at 3pm and took BBgun to a nearby park which has water attractions of sorts. She made friends with another little girl and and I got to push them both on the swing set while they sang they're abc's and Bah bah black sheep. Then when I left for work at 8pm she gave me hugs and told me how much fun she had today at the park.

Best gift you can get from your kid is to see them happy.
