She needs to make an appointment with the doctor. She will be sore, but may need to get checked out. Just because a medical team cannot find any visible problems, there can be other problems that occur with her spine and muscles that need a little therapy.
I would also get her an attorney. Was the drunk driver charged?

Good idea! I was in an accident a few years ago where my car was totaled. I went to the Dr the next day so he could check me out and take a few X-Rays. I was lucky and there were no serious problems... just soreness for a few days.
At worst it will cost about $100 without insurance... well worth it!
