I see that proplog2 is still living up to Mommy's high moral standards. "Don't complain!" sez he. "Complaining never accomplishes anything!"

I've got news for you, proplog2: Complaining to the right people can accomplish wonders. When the U.S. "complained" to Hitler with the right "voice", he quit doing vile things. The same thing is happening with the JWs. They've quit doing a number of vile things because of the right sort of complaints. The fact that they won't admit to yielding to outside pressure is irrelevant.

I suppose when people give you s**t, you just eat it right up without complaint.

    I don't think so.

    Hypocrite!

**I personally don't put organizations on the same level as humans. That's a trick of the business world with their corporations. Organizations have no brains or heart.

    Proplog,

    I feel the same way!

But...then...why does the WTS insist that one MUST be part of "Jehovah's organization" to be approved?

    Proplog,

I agree. So how do you explain the idea that one MUST be a part of an Organization to be approved by God?

WHY ARE YOU SO UPSET PROPOLOG??

WHY DO YOU SEE THE NEED TO POST HERE AND CHASTIZE PEOPLE.

HASN'T THE WBTS TAUGHT YOU TO JUST "WAIT ON JEHOVAH" OR DO YOU THINK HE NEEDS YOUR HELP?

IT SEEMS YOU NO LONGER BELIEVE IN YOUR OWN GOD "JEHOVAH" OR HIS ABILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS.

IF YOU DID YOU WOULD ONLY SETTLE BACK IN YOUR EASY CHAIR AND "WAIT ON JEHOVAH".

OR COULD IT BE THAT YOU DO SEE SOME MAJOR FALSEHOODS IN THE WBTS AND THIS CAUSES SUCH MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STRESS THAT YOU MUST LASH OUT TO PROTECT YOUR OWN FRAGILE BELIEFS AND FEELINGS OF SECURITY.

IS THIS DUE TO A SUBTLE FEELING OF FEAR, OR DOUBTS REGARDING THE WBTS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES .

YOUR CONDUCT HERE IS A BIT REVEALING.

Brilliantly simple, organizationally correct and biblically correct - let us all wait on Jehovah - I have not put money in the box for over 4 years - my wife contribute sthough - about 50 dollars per month - I would not mind but it is me that earns the money - oh well

Bit like with ISLAM really - a true muslim believes nothing can happen unless it is the will of Allah -so therefore the fact that Islamic civilization has lagged so far behind the west especially in the last 400 years or so and the fact that Israel is the major power in the Middle East - it must be the will of Allah - try telling that to a Muslim though and they do not like it

    Out of the org:

I don't believe in Jehovah. There is a problem with which Jehovah to believe in. The blood thirsty ethnic cleansing Jehovah or the one who kills Christians that lie about how much they donate.

I am not fond of these portrayals. I am basically an atheist. But I feel that JW's are not as bad as this forum tries to paint them. It is called "fairness". Are JW's fair? No. Is this forum fair? No. Am I fair. Yes!!

Are there major falsehoods with JW's? Of course. That's true of ALL religions. The basic "god" premise is a falsehood. But no one will give that argument much attention because it is so politically incorrect. You can have major character flaws and be president of the US. But you can't be elected today if you are an atheist. Challenging Watchtower doctrine is a lot more effective than accusing them of being a bunch of money hungry, lying, child molesters. The 6.5 million JW's will not believe those accusations because you cannot prove those charges.

To the 6.5 million JW's it's a "spiritual paradise". They have beaten their swords into plowshares. They love to hang around for an extra half hour after the meetings to chat with their brothers and sisters. Their social calendars are full.

    Alan:

Yes I am a hypocrite. But I'm a FAIR hypocrite.

As you know, one of the theories about how humans got to be so intelligent is so we could be good at hiding our intentions. Young children and people with very low IQ's seem to be much less hypocritical.

You're going to have to come up with a better invective than "hypocrite".

I thought my implication was rather clear, proplog2: you have no morals.

    Pro,

    In defense of AlanF.

Whatever you believe, this is primarily a Christian forum since the WT claim to hold itself to those values.

So most debates are settled by the Bible.

Jesus Christ, who has the highest IQ of all, spent his life here denouncing Hypocrites.

And though I'm not sure exactly what you believe, you'd have a mighty hard time debating that.

    The Borg BREEDS hypocrites.

Quite frankly, and respectfully to you - I don't know or can't grasp the concept of what a fair or unfair hypocrite is.

But the Borg breeds hypocrites. They HAVE to be.

Because their morality is a farce.

On one hand, they have to put on this perfect face of morality and pureness. That is what the religion is based on. The outward appearance.

But Jesus warned of the whitewashed graves.

BTW, I love many of my brothers and sisters in the Borg.

But I told my ex-wife that I could have every single elder removed by asking them 3 questions.

And if they told the truth, according to "OPERATIONAL PROCEEDURES" they should be removed for uncleanliness.

For example, "Have you ever Masterbated when you were either an MS or and Elders."

    Oh hell.

If you admit it, according the the WT, you are unclean.

Hell, I find it hard to believe all those single brothers that are so "sweaky clean" in outward appearance in Bethel haven't wacked off since being there.

But because it's such a uncleanliness, it'll get you removed.

So you you have two choices...

You either fight it and get depressed because there is No Way to live up to the Borgs standards.

OR, you learn to be a hypocrite and denouce other people for their sins, while you're neck up in your own.

In all respect Pro, it is not only a right to question. It is a duty to question.

How does the WT praise Judge Rutherford in their glowing article about him. Saying how he fought for truth and wasn't afraid of this or that (exposing hypocricy in Catholic Church or whatever).

And in the same breath critizes all these so called "cry babies" on this forum for doing the same?

    Con
