In view of current money crunches, I can see tithing instituted or considering people who are inactive for 2 years DA'ing themselves. I always wondered why JWs didn't realize that being inactive only means not turning in time slips, not meeting attendance?

I think they will go back to charging a set price for literature on the congregation level and just pay the taxes if any. The current program is a failure. BOE's, be watching your mailboxes for a new price list.

I guess the Organization has taken the place of Jesus. In the name of the Father the son and the holy spirit.

The society is so presumptous to leave out the most import person in the holy trinity and that is the son of God.

When explaining to my son the other day I said its too bad that Jehovah's witnesses have forgotten the scripture in Isaih 9:6,7

in which the Bible clearly identifies Jesus as "God" and Eternal Father, so how does the Society can't see for themselves that Jesus is indeed as equal to his Father, Lets face facts Jesus resurrected the dead, As does God. Jesus did miracles , just like his Father. So in my opinion that indeed the Trinity is true and factual.

Isa 9:6	For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
	Isa 9:7	Of the increase of [his] government and peace [there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

So I hope that newbies coming to this forum can see for themselves that the teachings of Jehovah's witnesses are only made up by the Governing Body. Keep seeking the truth and the door will be opened to you.

Any teaching can be made a flip-flop at anytime - if it suits their purposes - it is simple as that

well it's about time to get the old king of the north out of moth balls. it used to be germany, then the u.s.s.r. , i think they already hinted it to be the muslims. after 9/11 , nows here's a group the wt better be careful pissing off. all the wt need to print is that they are the anti-christ or something similiar. and if thesde wt books fall into the hands of some crazy muslim group. i'll just sit back and watch the fireworks. john
