I wouldn't care to watch two blow hearts going at each other either. It is completely senseless and is like arguing on the internet. Its like a saying my son told me, "Arguing on the internet is like winning the special Olympics".

No - winning the special olympics actually takes a lot of effort. Winning a debate on the internet only takes persistence.
Should be fun to watch, though.

Funny, though, Moore has yet to be on the "respectable" shows, like Stephanopuolos (former Clinton aid), or Mathews (former aid to Tip O'Neal). Geee, I wonder why? Maybe, he is realizing that he is only preaching to the choir, while the rest of thinking America looks at him in skepticism?LABD
I saw him on Stephanopoulos, Katie Couric, and others.
Plus, the latest Gallup poll reports that 56% of Americans have seen or plan to see 911--they aren't just the choir.
There will not be discussion. There will be no hard questions asked and answered, time will not be spared for clarity, (sponsers wanting to sell chop-alls and viagra ya know).
I have seen it all before, on every channel, not just Fox. Cnn prides itself also on the "He who screams the loudest wins the battle", and "He who cuts to commercial wins the war".
I am a republican, but O' Reilly is no idol of mine....... Instead I will use my own noggin and try to put in order what is most important to me. My vote will not be swayed by loud mouthed morons on either side.

The key word in that statement is plan. I "plan" on doing a lot of things. It doesn't mean I'm going to do it. I'm supposed to believe that 56% of a sample of around 1,000 people reflect America's thought?
So let's put the numbers to the test. America's population is around 250,000,000. 56% of that is 140,000,000. If we multiply $8.00 by the 140 million we get $1,1190,000,000 in money grossed. Ok, now based on the the fact that the movie has only grossed (at last look) around $35 million, I think your poll is bull.
If that statement was true then f911 would be the biggest selling movie of all time. Since that hasn't even remotely happened, I think my opinion is borne out by the facts.
LABD
Edited to add: Using the same $8.00 paid per person seeing the movie; you are left with about 4,375,000 people that have paid to see the movie. That is based on one person seeing the movie one time since the movie opened.
Hmm, really looks like 56% of Americans to me, Patio.
This is NOT the first time Moore has been on O'Reilly, is it? I thought there was the time when Moore said he should pay 75% of his income in taxes. YIKES.
It will be interesting to see Moore and O'Reilly go at it. O'Reilly will nail him to specifics and not let him filibuster, of that I'm sure. Should be interesting.
Simon, can I have my posting limits back?

O'Reilly will do all the filibustering, and his sound guy will make sure of that. Should be very slanted and biased as usual.
Moore has alot of guts to go on The Factor, not because he has anything to hide or really defend, but simply because O'Reilly is a jerk and will dominate the segment with his dogmatic conservative blubbering.
I just returned from seeing F9-11. Whatever facts that might be in error in this film, it soooooooo nails Bush and his buddies for what they O'REALLY are. God save us from another 4 years of that sob.

Corvin,
No doubt O'Reilly will dominate...it's his show just like this is Simon's board (can I have my posting limits back yet?)
What you call facts, I call LIES...it doesn't "nail" Bush unless you already hate Bush.
Just saw the first portion of the show with Bill's interview of Ben Affleck.
When Ben tried to answer the questions that Bill asked of him, Bill interrupted Ben and then started talking about himself. When he wasn't talking about himself, he tried to point out where (in his opinion) Ben was wrong in his beliefs. He kept mentioning how young Ben is. I wonder what he was trying to imply by doing that?
That segment was so bad that I wouldn't even call it an interview.
Yeru, there is a helluva lot more evidence and facts to support what MM asserts about Bush than Bush can come up with to support his reasoning for invading a country that does not want the US there. BUSH IS A LIAR and a FRAUD.
I saw the images of Iraqis welcoming the US military. Yayy! The American saviors are here to liberate us from the dictator Hussein! Hoorayyyyyyy! Yeah right. Hell, what else were they going to do? Bombs exploding everywhere, homes and hospitals blown to peices, your friends, family members, babies, innocent civilians being shot up, mulitated and blown into peices right before your eyes . . . I would hold up a welcome sign too just hoping the Americans didn't blow my goddamned head off.
NOW, every chance they get, in the darkness, whenever, however, they send a clear message to all of us that the US is NOT welcome in their country. They send that message everytime they kidnap a soldier or civilian, behead them, blow up an American soldier, set off a carbomb, shoot an American or any other foriegner who stands on their soil. Hussein and his posse are gone, so who is doing all of this???? Who is left? It's just the people of Iraq. They don't want the US in their country.
Michael Moore is reading between the lines and getting his beliefs out to the public and his making money off of it does not invalidate just how close to the real truth he is.
Keep on believing the TV and the Times . . . hope it works out for you.
