Do you ever get used to bumping into witnesses that you know.

I still go out in with the thought of it tin the back of my mind. I hate the death stares I get. I feel like walking uo to them and saying "I'm not the devil or a murderer, just no longer a witness"

How long does it go on for, I know it's probably forever, but do you get used to it.

Nope. That kinda of negative energy is hard to ignore.

I generally just say "Hi" and let them play whatever mind-games they want inside their own heads.

It ends when you take the power of shunning from them. Once you realize that they are the ones who are responsible for shunning and not you, you will be able to walk up to them all smiles... and watch them squirm!

Just remember, you don't have to shun them, but they DO have to shun YOU. There is a lot of potential fun in that simple fact.

Aththe moment I usually just look straight at them and smile.

It's really interesting to watch them squirm.

Not because i hate them, I just feel sorry for them.

There have been two or three occasions when I've had a friend along when I've been shunned. Those times I turned to the person I was with and loud enough for the dub to hear, said "Notice the conditioned cult response."

I never let them get away with it, I approach them first just for the reaction it's fun! Most of the time it shows how weak their own convictions of shunning really are, but in all honesty I'm not DF'ed but most know I'm not living as a witness any more. Still I'm evil and they shouldn't be talking to me but they do, hahaha!

I give them the death stare BEFORE they can...then everyone is looking at them. As far as Thunder he sees them in Home Depot all the time and they RUN

It's really terrible, but I realised years ago that by excluding everyone who doesn't believe like them, they're really only excluding themselves. When I was on the inside and then left, I felt like the outsider for a long time. But then I realised they are the outsiders. It's just a change of perspective, but sometimes that helps.
