the premise of the movie The Little Black Book, seems to have brought this topic up in conversation I have noticed... Radio stations are having call ins... Today one made the statement that women will snoop more than men and they were wanting callers to say if they snoop or not..

Its been intersting to hear some of the calls..

would you be tempted to snoop to make sure your love is in check? if you found a phone number would you call it? if an email was left open, would you scan to make sure there wasn't anything arye?

    No,

    I wouldnt want to know.

Actually in my case its the current who reads on the computer screen to see what i am reading. Then he blows a nut when I call him on it.

I have never ever been through his wallet. I dont go through his things.

I wish he WOULD find someone and leave.

so if your husband was having an affair, you would rather remain in the dark about it?

I have no reason to suspect anything from Mike... One time early on I checked his chat log but thats it... It was more a curiosity thing rather than I was looking to see if he was cheating. We also talk about everything, even little things, so neither of us will be surprised by anything...

Nope...AND your other half should be careful what they ask for...There is nothing worse than having a girlfriend find something from 5 years ago and then want an explanation. *LOL* Definitely not tollerable IMO...

    No I guess not.

But I dont have reason to lower myself to snooping at his stuff.

I guess if he started to act weird or something i would just come right out and question him. I dont think calling a number that someone comes across and harrassing a possible innocent person is the answer.

I have no reason to not trust my husband, if I did I would leave.

Example in my first marriage my X cheated on me several times. He didn't do much to reassure me that he wouldn't do it again in fact if anything I was sure he would. I used to check his cell phone bills, his wallet, his mileage, his truck, call the place he was supposed to be at and check up on him, and listen in on phone calls.......sad I know. Lots of wasted energy and it just fueled my insecurities more. I would never live like that again!
