Thanks for thinking of us here. We had a huge non-event, thank goodness. My sister went through the brunt of the storm, but they're okay, although without power. We were pretty freaked out earlier today when we heard it was a category 4 and thought about evacuating to a relative's home in Fort Meade but were afraid that we'd be caught on the road. The irony of it is that we got very little wind and rain here, but the storm made a bee-line for Ft. Meade! Now it's heading toward the Melbourne area, which is where Outnfree went when she had to evacuate St. Pete...sheesh! Anyway, all of our family is safe, the kids are disappointed they didn't get to go through a "real" hurricane, and I'm just thrilled that it's over.
