About twenty years ago I just left -- no DF, no DA (as far as I know), no fade. I wasn't "stumbled" by anyone or anything and wasn't engaged in any immoral conduct -- just didn't believe it anymore.

Slowly faded before their very eyes..............
Here is me as an elder and the PO of my life long cong. before I transfered to another in 1997 before I faded.
And here is what the body of elders in the KH I last went to were like............

Having a hard time stopping completely only because I have life long JW friends that I still hang out with...

Kicked out by loser white bread elders who were 'scurred by lil ole me.
They said I was spiritually stalled and making no progress towards baptism. BAAAD influence on the other youth. (Yah, except they forgot I was the only one not screwing around, like the other baptised kids. Hmmmmm)
I think that I scared them. Honestly.
