Jesus also said that the Holy Spirit would come upon some witnesses, and considering who he was talking to and what they were asking, I would say that the Holy Spirit would come upon witnesses/apostles, when? in the last days.

the apostles were asking when Jesus would be restoring His kingdom.....(His kingdom in Heaven is assured, it needs no restoration) ....that would be in the last days, no?
