Valis "District Overbeer" - That sounds awesome. I know what I'm fixin for dinner tonight. Got pork bits that are old and need cooked. Add some quality burger. A pressure pot makes it nice and quick.
Hugs and hearburn

Gawd, Frannie, I laughed so hard I farted, blew the gulp of coffee all over the computer, and blurred my glasses! It's a keeper.
Yump, Brenda! It makes me every dang time!

Ok, got the chili on - I used what I had on hand:
1lb black beans - washed
almost 2lbs pork chunks
Salt
Blk Pepper
Cumin
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
3 cans diced Tomatos
It's pressure cooking as I type.
I'll throw in more stuff later.
Hugs and heartburn

Chili is what men make when it's too cold to grill.
I make the best...and at the next Apostachilifest, I WILL bring the belt home!
Badger, of the challenging class.
My favorite chili is Dixie Chili which I can only find in Ohio and Kentucky. I order it online by the case.
I love to top spaghetti noodles with the Dixie chili and add grated cheese, onions, and oyster crackers. mmmm mmm good :)

Okay maybe because I've been analyzing poetry all day, but this made me laugh hysterically:
FLUFF: WHO LOVES CHILI?
When we were growing up, passing gas was called 'fluffing.' ROFLROFLROFL
Thanks Corvin!
(And yes, I like it too.)
