Too late to sell the rights. Patents expire 20 years from the date of filing. I think MEPS has been invented around 1980. I dont know if there is any patent existing at all.

Hi. Every important new technology usually get patented. MEPS surely has met such prerequisites in (about 1970/1980), and so it would have been a very great omission if they had forgotten to do so, because they had lost the ability to grant licences to companies and enterprises like IBM etc. then. I did a research in a professional patent data search machine, but found nothing. Because each patent expires after max. 20 years, they had to act meanwhile. If not, its too late now. E.
