A heck of a lot of fill. It took nearly an hour to get drawn out freehand as its almost all original work, only one of the central bits is from a transfer. It took 30 mins to do the outline, and another 30 mins to fill the bottom 2 sections. That was 2 weeks ago, and I was back yesterday for another 2 hours of fill to finish it off. I just need a nice hot summer to be able to show it off now..........

Wow, Gadget that's beautiful!
Codeblue - it IS painful. I have a little one on my tailbone. (1 inch by 2 inches) But it only took maybe 10 minutes for the outline and fill, so the pain didn't last too long. It only hurts when they're outlining and coloring - they take plenty of breaks in between to clean and get fresh color. If you really want one, start small and work into the bigger things. They are addictive too. I was thinking of my second one before I walked out the door from the tattoo parlor, in spite of the pain. LOL!

They are very additive...I just got a new one myself two weeks ago....Right on the small of my back and it hurt like a bi*ch!!!!
I have wanted one there for a long time and finally got the guts to get it...This is number five for me, and I dont think I am finished either...
Hope it worked on the upload, have not done it for a long time...

Too painful for me.
I am donating blood now (I'm O+ so I'm in demand). That's the only needle I'll endure outside medical treatment. BTW, can't donate if I've had a tattoo, at least not for 12 months.

Thats the one thing that made me wonder whether or not to get it done. I want to donate blood, but now have to wait another 12 months to be applicable rather than next august as I would have been.
